    The full software package, not a slimmed-down browser version, is loaded into your hosted server. Access is through a Citrix Receiver Client which launches the software locally.

    The up-time statistics for 2024 was 99%. No hosted service can promise a 100% service level due to the complex systems and reliance on third-party providers like Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

The Pegasus Business Cloud system uses TLS/SSL encryption and enterprise-grade online protection. Data centres are located in the UK and are ISO27001 and PCI DSS certified and accredited. The physical buildings have multiple power feeds & UPS conditional N+1 diesel generator backups, fire suppressant systems, cooling, military electromagnetic pulse protection, Tempest (digital eves dropping) RFI intrusion protection, multiple 10GB fibre providers and multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs). 

The sites provides multiple servers, switches & SANs, multiple Firewalls with perimeter scanning: Anti-virus, Anti-Spyware, Intrusion Prevention Systems & Content Filtering. RAID 5/6/10 systems on all servers, SANs & NASs with hot spares, clustered servers & services with automatic failover. There is also complete Back-up & Replication of the entire system & services between the data centres.  

Transport Layer Security (TLS)/Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects the information using both server authentication and encryption of data between the customer’s computer and the data centre, ensuring that data in transit is safe, secure and available only to registered users in the customer’s organisation. 

If that’s not enough the data centres are purpose built armoured nuclear bomb proof bunkers with 3M thick re-enforced walls!
